Dredgen, for is part, was not one to falter from a challenge. Any challenge. That said.. this particular challenge was one he had long since practiced, with a solid face he ate near the whole bowl offered. Quickly, at that. While Dex, near Raven, glugged away at the sweet ale to try and find some comfort. With a big, boisterous laugh, Dredgen smacked Dex on the back when he saw the opportunity. Nearly making her cough up just a little bit.

"What the hell was that for!" she yelled.

"Put some hair on your chest!" he yelled back, a jovial smile on his face.

"I'm a girl!"

"I thought you were to be Mando'ade!"

"I-.. I'm well, yea, I'm both!" she stammered.

Dredgen laughed, nodded his head, and patted Dex's. Who turned away from him with a sour look on her face.

[Manny Donos]

She passed a glass of sweet ale to Dex to help her cut the burning sensation and then passed bowls of the incredibly spicy tiingilar to Dredgen and Lysa both. "Maybe if you manage a mouthful, the magician will show a magic trick."

There wasn't a flash of light or smoke, but Manny still appeared almost as if out of nowhere. "Did someone say maaaaagic?" He said, fanning his sabaac with one hand, and casually tossing an egg with the other.

[Jyrvess Ertil]

"Bura of Clan Fett," she replied, a large grin.

She returns the smile, "Jyrvess Ertil...I have no clan but...Daughter of Trabant Ertil of Corellia."

Clay almost starts to drive right out of the bottle, but decides not to be a Dug and gets another glass and pours a big glass full.

Then he whispers to Jyrvess, "If you want a hand with those guys, just ask... Or put your arm around mine."

She plucks up a Corellian pastry and hands it to Claymore, "It's alright Mr. Frost, seems I will have to get used to living among your people for the time."

He takes the pasty from her. "Alright. I know you can fend for yourself." He takes a eat of the pasty. "This is exceptional! Thank you."

Dredgen laughed, nodded his head, and patted Dex's. Who turned away from him with a sour look on her face.

Raven laughed warmly at the interaction between her Brother and Sister. In a way, this was the best she had felt in years now... poignant that it was on her birthday too. Not that anyone probably knew, as she hadn't exactly shared that. But she was enjoying herself nonetheless.

"Look at Lysa go," she grinned and nudged Dredgen with an amused smile. "They say any woman who can handle a bowl of tiingilar is a keeper, Brother."

"Where do you keep getting all those eggs?!"

"I buy in bulk. I mean, that just makes financial sense." Manny said.

He tossed the egg high in the air, which gave him time to pull out a second egg. He began juggling the two of them with one hand. "So... I mean, I did hear 'magic trick', right? I didn't just imagine that?"

"Where do you keep getting all those eggs?!"

"I buy in bulk. I mean, that just makes financial sense." Manny said.

"So...that was the smell I found in your quarters." Jyrvess chimed in, "Rotting eggs."

Manny shook his head. "No way! That was my new place. Everything's clean!"

He tilted his head. "Might have been my laundry, though. Dirty or clean. I mean, when you run a shirt with an egg in the pocket through the wash, wow, it really makes a mess!"

Raven laughed warmly at the interaction between her Brother and Sister. In a way, this was the best she had felt in years now... poignant that it was on her birthday too. Not that anyone probably knew, as she hadn't exactly shared that. But she was enjoying herself nonetheless.

"Look at Lysa go," she grinned and nudged Dredgen with an amused smile. "They say any woman who can handle a bowl of tiingilar is a keeper, Brother."

"I doubt she would simply stop at tiingilar," he said, looking down to her. Bringing his hand to get a guesstimate on her height, "Like she wouldn't stop short of biting a Rancor," he chuckled. "Has more spirit for combat than some of the Mando'ade!"

She returns the smile, "Jyrvess Ertil...I have no clan but...Daughter of Trabant Ertil of Corellia."

"A Corellian? Never had one of those before," she smirked, but before she intruded more she slipped away into the other parts of the party.

"Rancors? Like in that tv show? Didn't think those were real." Now that sounded like it could be the most legendary hunt.

Then she remembered. "Right, Manny! I did in fact say something about a magic trick! Why don't you show some of what you can do?"

Short sleeved tunic, with the cross flap over his chest. Fitted athletic pants, with the webbed feet exposed. At his waist, a simple belt, with the symbol of the Order at his side. There was an easy smile on his features as he looked about. A sense of relief, and renewed purpose.

Nearby, the Clone's sat among themselves. Dressed in their armor, more comfortable in it as they were. Claiming their little spot they didn't wear their helmets so that even those somewhat familiar with the history of the Republic might make the right guess on what they were.

[Lysa]

"I doubt she would simply stop at tiingilar," he said, looking down to her. Bringing his hand to get a guesstimate on her height, "Like she wouldn't stop short of biting a Rancor," he chuckled. "Has more spirit for combat than some of the Mando'ade!"

Lysa's eyes lit up a little at the mention of the Rancor "oooooo a rancor!? that would be a damned good fight indeed!" she exclaimed "Hopefully if we ever had the chance Raven would actually invite me to that hunt, not like the giant crab she hunted without me!" she said her excitement diminishing and her looking decidedly sullen her cheeks puffing out slightly.

Raven laughed, and it kind of trailed of into a nervous ha ha ha...

"Ah, well... uh... didn't think trekkin' through sand for hours to fight a giant crab was something a city girl like you would be interested in." She awkwardly put a hand behind her own head to fidget with her hair.

Luckily, there was a diversion shark doo doo doo doo doo. "Hey, Tranq! You made it! Come over here, Manny's gonna show us a magic trick."

"Manny is doing magic huh?" Leah commented with a chuckle.

Then she remembered. "Right, Manny! I did in fact say something about a magic trick! Why don't you show some of what you can do?"

"Sure thing." Manny smirked. "Uh... here, hold these." He caught the eggs, then placed them in Raven's hand.

He pulled out his sabaac deck, shuffling it. "Now, I'm gonna need a volunteer. Maybe someone new. Hey, is your boyfriend around? This might be a good way for me to thank him for, uh, doing that thing."

He also flashed Leah a quick smile and wave.

Raven nearly choked on the last of tiihar in her glass as Manny said the B-word. "Wha--" a couple of coughs interrupted her protests as she had to deal with booze in her windpipe.

"... You mean... *cough* Praxton? He's not my boyfriend," she protested, her face red. Probably because of the coughing.

Raven nearly choked on the last of tiihar in her glass as Manny said the B-word. "Wha--" a couple of coughs interrupted her protests as she had to deal with booze in her windpipe.

"... You mean... *cough* Praxton? He's not my boyfriend," she protested, her face red. Probably because of the coughing.

"He asked that when you were in Imperial Custody. Wanted to put my resources to the discovery of an answer," Jyrvess glared at Manny, "I still need to smack him for that come to think of it....I'm still mad you would be so concerned about that when people's lives were in danger."

[Claymore Frost]

"Ok, sweetie, now is not the time for that. This is a time for celebration, Revenge can wait until after the party." He suddenly looks red. "Oh, sorry, Jyrvess. That may be bit too presumptuous... We just had our first date this afternoon."

[Manny Donos]

"He's not?" Manny said, scratching his head. "See, that was really unclear. And I was definitely picking up on some sort of vibe." He shrugged. "My mistake. You sure he's not?"

He cleared his throat. "Anyway, moving on, since I totally already apologized... Okay. I need a volunteer."
