[D8MA] Turn It In

[Jarvis]

Jarvis laughed a bark of a laugh, "Just on time my friends!" he shouted happily as Vex's people made their exit.

"Come in! Come in! Take a seat and have a drink, we should celebrate!"

[Manny Donos]

"Sounds good to me." Manny said with a smile, doing as suggested.

[Jarvis]

"So!" he said, setting Manny up and the others with drinks. "Tell me how it went, anything exciting? Crazy take to tell the kids?"

[Jyrvess Ertil]

"I'm not much of a storyteller, and I expect technical details will bore you." Jyrvess replied, "Basically we landed on the train, Mr Vince disconnected the cars while me and Manny connected the cables. Mr Fuff provided brilliant covering fire and the pilot did some exceptional flying."

"Now we are here."

[Jarvis]

"Ah.. that crazy cat, she.." he shook his head, waved his hand. "No matter. I assume you all want to get paid, yes? But first.. how has this line of work appealed to you?" he asked.

[Vincenzo Senesca]

For his part Vince stayed in the back ground, he did a very find job of blending in when he wanted too, and with the three others present that shouldn't be a problem. Manny was noisy after all, and glasses lady was well, she looked smart and people tended to take notice of him. As for Fuff, well he wasn't very talkative but he did likely call more attention then the teenage boy. Especially with the talk of shooting people.

His eyes turned to Manny as Mister Mustache asked about the work. He and Jarvis were more of less the leaders after all.

[Manny Donos]

Manny considered for a few moments.

"You know how you would think it would be easy to climb down the side of a moving train? It's actually really hard." He nodded.

[Jarvis]

"Isn't it just like," he started slowly miming the method of climbing down any ladder.

"Suppose there's all that moving and jostling, but ya did it! So nothing to worry about, right?" he laughed, "I want you all to do me a favor," he got up and grabbed one of the chests. Putting it in front of Manny as the elected or uncontested leader of this little group. Setting it down in front of him he opened up the case, revealing the Aurodium ingots inside, valued at 10,000~ credits per case.

"Don't you just love this job? How about keeping this relationship going, for good? I know I'm kind of an ass but.. I've got contacts, and the right words in the right ears. We could make a lot more than this together."

[Manny Donos]

"Hey, that sounds pretty good to me!" Manny said enthusiastically.

He looked around at the others. "But... I know some of us have other commitments, too. But hey, maybe we can all get along, right? One big happy group?"

[Jyrvess Ertil]

"To be blunt Mr Jarvis, I will have other commitments." She shrugged, "But...the occasional job doesn't seem unreasonable. In fact I think we could prove useful to each other."

[Jarvis]

"Well, so far, at least the kid seems excited," he laughed. "Still, that last sounds hopeful, and I'm a hopeful kinda guy. Maybe we'll be of mutual benefit to one another again some day?" he laughed a bit.

[Manny Donos]

"Yeah, sounds good." Manny nodded. "Is the kid someone else in your crew? If they're excited, we'd be happy to work with them, too."

He looked around, trying to spot a kid.

[Jyrvess Ertil]

"10,000 Credits can buy you a very large vidscreen and season tickets to the Manka Cats." Jyrvess answered, feeling 10,000 credits worth of lolipops was too on the nose.

[Jarvis]

"Certainly," Jarvis keyed into Jyvress as he smiled.

[Vincenzo Senesca]

"Ha!" Vince replied pointing at manny, apparently he finally had the nerve to speak up. "You're the kid." He was rather amused that it hadn't been him, though he had been trying not to be noticed. Out of sight, out of mind right?

[Manny Donos]

"What?" Manny said, looking at Vince. "Hey! You're younger than me. If one of us is the kid, it's definitely you."

He shrugged, grinning. "Or maybe we're both kids. I dunno."

[Jarvis]

"I mean," Jarvis raised his hand, "I was referring to you," he indicated Manny. Then laughed.

[Manny Donos]

"Oh." Manny deflated a little.

Then he shrugged. "Well, that makes sense."

[Jarvis]

Jarvis got up, leaned forward, and patted Manny's shoulder.

[Vincenzo Senesca]

Vince smirked at that. "That doesn't mean they don't think of me as a kid too though. I mean I have bills to pay and a family to raise but I'm not...." he stopped himself from saying old. "Real mature either."
