Huffing again, kicking up more dust, the creature opened it's eyes and moved it's head around. Seeing Fuff it raised it's head, stepping up onto it's front two legs as it looked at him curiously, a low guttural noise in it's throat.

[Fuff]

"Oh, you reacted! That's great. Now, be a good geckoboy and come with me this way, one clawy foot after another!" Fuff demonstrated.

Fuff, quickly, noticed that the lizard-dog-thing quickly ate up the two eggs he'd tossed at it. Without another it started to emit that guttural noise before that made Fuff's hairs stand up a bit. Walking toward Fuff expectantly.

"There's more outside! There, there! Luke has some!" Fuff gulped but kept pace for the creature not to come to near, but kept making sweeping moves in the direction.

Though the beast followed Fuff a little, it started to quickly get agitated. Positioned toward the exit behind Fuff the creature started to rush, charging at Fuff!

The geckoboy was way too fast when accelerated by egglust...

"Gyaaawurr!" Fuff's feral, primal shout came with a raise of the tail and wide, intensely malodorous spray from the gland right onto the geckoboy.

Being bumped aside, the creature kept rushing off from Fuff. Disturbed by the scent it moved some ways away from the cavern exit and started rolling over in the sand. When that wasn't enough the creature dug down and buried itself out there. Moving underneath, digging underneath, it moved away from sight.

Fuff, of course, was knocked aside by the creature suffering a bruise that he'd remember in the morning (3 Wounds), and get home a little tense. (2 Strain)

However, it seemed like the cavern was clear... for now!

[Fuff]

"My ribs! Am I dead?" Quick check. "Apparently not." Groaning, Fuff pushed himself up the wall to rise, wondering how much of the spectacle had actually been spectated.

[Jyrvess Ertil]

After the critter came out Jyvress came rushing in, "Mr G? Are you alright!?" Seeing him up against the wall she made her way over. She signaled for the droid to enter in after her as well and go load the crate into her team's speeder. Then after it was secured she would let the droid get the other teams speeder unstuck.

[Manny Donos]

Manny came running up. "You okay? I think I heard you yell really loud. But maybe it was just pretty loud."

He looked around. "Hey, is the beastie gone?"

[Fuff]

"I'm purrfectly okayish." Fuff hid the bruise, as he didn't enjoy being a drama queen even if instincts were making him one sometimes. He smiled with warm confidence at the woman. "But it's very nice of you to ask, Mrs BB." He glanced over the shoulder. "Of you too, Luke. But let's get on with it. I cannot say how much time we have before it can get back. My solution is temporary." Seeing how Jyv was already on the job, he relaxed a little.

[Munchfronta]

Munch, battling timezones. Just sighs, thankful the creature hadn't tried to eat Manny or the nice lady.

Joining them the Mirialan sighed a breath of relief, more for the fact their ticket out of here was undamaged. That was good.

"You uh, you really know you're stuff, or you got lucky," he shrugged, walking over toward the speeder and joined by the human and the three Weequay.

[Fuff]

"It's the same thing, know your stuff and be lucky." Fuff was suddenly alert. Now that the obstacle was out, will the other group start something that hadn't been agreed on?

As the speeder was unstuck, the Mirialan stepped forward and patted Fuff on the back. "Good on ya," he said, offering his award winning smile. Then passed over by Manny next, patting him on the back for just about no other reason than he was passing by and finally up to Jyvress.

"Soo..." he said, stretching. "Droids, am I right?"

The human male came walking over by Fuff, sheepishly he rubbed the back of his neck. "Guess uh.. guess I should apologize or somethin' huh? Thought I'd get my friend here," he pointed at the Mirialan, "and get ourselves a quick score at your expense so.. you know.. karma I guess."

[Fuff]

"No hurt feelings unless it ends up in a way that screws us over." Fuff patted the man. "We all have to get by. But it's better to steal from those that are your enemies already rather than make new ones by stealing, don't you think?"

[Honor]

"Yea," he agreed, a bit of a smile.

This time, Fuff saw it all, in detail, and could make others of his team see it too.

What they saw, quickly, was the Weequay at the back reaching for their blasters. One of them stepping forward and looking at those gathered.

"We want our cut!" they demanded, "You promised us a cut!" the leader focused on the Mirialan.
