She moved closer to Arwen, lowering herself to look at his face.

The lightsaber shut off, lowered to his side.

"No more." He knelt, a flick of the wrist and his own stim was quickly in his hand, and injected into the gank killer. He looked to Arwen.

"You don't have to go back. Come with us. Learn, grow." Again, a hand extended.

"I.. I just.." he dropped his saber into the snow, his body quaked, ached. Looking to Leah, glancing, and seeing Tranq helping Solork. Having disengaged his blade. Barely holding himself up. "I just want to see him again.. please.."

[Leah kuso]

Leah understood. Arwen had lost someone, and he wanted to be with them. She slid her arms around Arwen, hugging him to her.

"Those we love are always with us" she said quietly "in our hearts. In our souls. I know my parents are."

[Tranq Sayzin]

The saber was placed at his belt, the tall Karkarodon moving to kneel before Arwen, a hand gently placed on his shoulder.

"They're still with you. Through the Force, no one is gone. Those we love, those we lost... they speak to us. They comfort us. Still your thoughts, stay your hand. Feel the universe flowing through you... and they are there." He spoke somberly, quietly.

[Arwen]

"I don't feel him," he admitted, his voice hoarse and pained. "I don't feel anything," he rested his head. Not able to hold it any longer. Sitting there, with the emptiness despite the warmth that surrounded him on this cold mountain top.

[Leah kuso]

"I'll help you" Leah said quietly, stroking his back "close your eyes and pray with me. Open yourself to warmth, and think of him. We'll reach out together. I believe in you, you can do it."

She peeked back at Tranq, a look of 'wtf do I do' on her face, but she kept holding Awren to make him feel comforted.

[Solork Tan]

Solork lumbers back to his feet. "I was not joking. Changing yourself is hard work...but perhaps easier with those who have struggled as well. Force Users Anonymous? Does that work?"

[Tranq Sayzin]

"You have to let go." He spoke soothingly, quietly. "Let go of your hate. Of your rage. Of your fear. Just let it go. Reach out, and don't look inwards. Still your mind, calm your heart." The Karkarodon moved to a seated position, hands on his knees, looking at the pair. "The Universe will speak to you when you let go of the storm inside. Give yourself over to the Force, instead of trying to bend it to your will. Allow yourself to hear... instead of screaming into existence."

[Arwen]

"Easy for you to say, Jedi," he said, there was still some anger there that hadn't faded. Though he was broken and weak in it's display. "You were not faced with the fact, the truth as I was. I know about your past. Your history. That you were separated from your master on that planet during the war, during the order," he said. Looking away from Leah in that moment, made easy by her hugging him.

"You were betrayed, just like me... but you were betrayed by.. others. You cannot understand what it feels like to know that the mother who once loved you was the one who gave you up to the Empire. Was the one who caused the only one you care for to be lost to existence, snuffed out by the boot of the Empire. My friends with him.. with Julo. All of them lost and now, now.. years later," he laughs, sardonic in his tone, "now my mother leads a rebellion against the Empire. My life is a tragic comedy and you were the final stroke. A Jedi that won't even kill me," he laughed, bitterly.

Beyond the contempt he held for the Jedi, near most of the mountain faded away. Arwen, for certain, would not be the one to notice the Star Destroyer. far in the distance, tilting awkwardly far above the city. The beginning of it's decent toward the city.

[Leah kuso]

"Arwen" Leah said softly, moving back to look the man in the face, shaking her head "there's no need. I understand the past is painful, that it almost tortures you, but nobody here is your enemy. We want to help you. For us to do that though, you need to push past your anger and hate."

She took his hands in her now freezing cold ones, giving them a squeeze.

"Take some calming breaths. Together we can do this."

[Honor]

Arwen went silent, such was his contempt for those that he knew couldn't understand. Wouldn't understand. Though it pained him to include Leah in this, he did so. Holding still, holding cold, he left himself to their mercy.

Sol listens to everything, and with as much dignity he can muster, slaps Arwen upside the head.

"You idjit." Sol chuckles with a deep synthy rasp.

"Of course life is a cruel joke. Here's the thing: we have the chance to spark something good in it. All of us have been kicked around but all of ours is unique. I don't know what your pain is like just like you don't know what it is like to feel telepathically as your family dies. At a certain point, you can dwell in your pain, letting it consume you, or you can see it reflected in other people around you. You want to see your old friends? Nerra has been busting them out. Care to see?"

"What the hell?" Leah said, annoyed as she looked up at Sol "was there any need to hit him? Is that how we show kindness and understanding Sol?"

[Arwen]

Arwen thought to throw Solork aside with the force at that, but settled in when he didn't feel the ability to do so coming to him. Maintaining his silence.
