Has to be through a Medicine check, and Vex can afford fairly decent docs so roll with 4eP.

As well, Raven will be granted as many Stimpacks as she can immediately take to heal Day 5/6 and then be sent on her way.

This is true for anyone in that combat.

I'm looking for a place where one could do a street performance without getting arrested, but where security forces might be found.

Is there such a place? Would Sapphire Alley work? Or maybe there's a bar somewhere where they frequent? If so, I'd just need to know the location, I can make up the rest.

At this point you can reasonably find security forces anywhere. Sapphire alley they're probably less on edge.

Well, depends if you're looking for KSF or Imperials. KSF are probably still here and there in Sapphires buy Imperials have by and far largely replaced the KSF officers in the streets.
