[Day 5, LE] Of all the Cantinas, In all the Galaxy

[Jaxom Ursae]

"Good evening." Jaxom addressed the newcomer as he stood. "Welcome to Korso's. What can I get for you?"

[Alder Divo]

"A glass of water, if you'd please. I'm afraid I'm on the job," he said.

[Jaxom Ursae]

"Oh?" He got the water. "Is there something else I can help you with, then?"

[Alder Divo]

"Perhaps," he said, accepting the water, "thank you. Now, you see I'm here looking for a man. A man that.. as it appears, seems to know a few things that I am rather keen on learning about. Would you consider yourself someone who can find people, Mr. Ursae?"

[Honor]

Beside him, the other man sitting with Jaxom began to get tense.. very tense.

[Jaxom Ursae]

"To be honest, I'm better with things than people, but I can certainly keep an eye out." He responded.

[Alder Divo]

"That would be very helpful, you see. I am looking for some individuals, troublesome types, that seem to gather with the intent of only causing trouble for the Empire. What these people do not know, is that they will only cause problems for the very people they are trying to 'help'," he said. "I am tracking subversives, Jaxom Ursae, and I would dare say.. very soon those subversives may make the mistake and cross the line that makes them rebels."

[Jaxom Ursae]

"Are you asking me to keep an eye out for subversives, then?" he asked. "This is a bar. People come here to escape their worries and relieve stress. That includes saying things they wouldn't normally voice or act upon."

[Alder Divo]

"Like you did today?" he asked. "Someone you thought to take a chance on, to try and trust, they spoke rather poorly about what you hoped to inspire. They shared their worries rather openly when they reported it to a desk clerk who reported it up the chain of command all the way to me."

[Jaxom Ursae]

He nodded. "Clearly, that was a mistake. Things are tense out there. It's going to get worse, but I was hoping to mitigate things a bit."

[Alder Divo]

"Mitigate things?" he asked, "What was your goal earlier today, Mr. Ursae?"

[Jaxom Ursae]

"I was looking for resources and supplies." he shrugged. "Anything those of higher influence might spare could help with whatever struggle the people of Kamda may face. But, they'd also help the homeless down at Fa'ka Parka. I delivered food and clothes to them earlier today."

[Alder Divo]

Alder Divo thought, considered, and then smiled. "Apologies for the trouble then, Mr. Ursae. Please, continue on but.. if you hear anything that might be of importance to the Empire you know a good citizen does his best to report such things."

[Jaxom Ursae]

"I assure you, I will do whatever I can to keep the peace."

[Honor]

Alder Divo nodded, bid farewell to the other gentlemen and then left. Letting an air of relief wash over the room.

"That was.." the other man spoke, "that man is just like the men who turned out home into what it is. Targeted the best of us.."

[Jaxom Ursae]

"Yeah." he sighed and poured another drink. "And, the worst of us. I doubt he's done with me."

[Honor]

"Man like that?" he huffed, "He isn't done with any of us.." he looked down at the glass, thought. Shook his head and then nodded firmly. "I think I know what I've got to do. Thanks for the drink.." he said, sliding over some credits. "You take care of yourself, alright?"

[Jaxom Ursae]

"You do the same. If you need anything, find me here or leave a message."

[Honor]

"I'll be sure to," he said with a tip of his head that seemed to be missing a hat. Exiting the establishment onto mission unknown.
