"I said it was a real rope," she said in an even tone. "No need to bring knives into this. I think I heard the knife throwing trick is happening later."

"Aha! Are you saying you don't trust our guests test on the ropes? I'm sure you're knot" Leah grinned, raising her hands and trying to tug them apart "see? No need for weapons here."

[Alder Divo]

"No, certainly not," he said, twirling the matchstick in his hand. Walking around toward the side of the stage, "Now, I am sorry but this has been a wonderful show. However, I am on business," he walked up the steps, "and I am going to have to ask for everyone's cooperation."

In the back of the room, from the entrance, storm-troopers slowly but surely filed in. Taking up positions to block exits and keep people passive.

"We are searching for known dangerous subversives," he said. "Those who would harm you. No need for weapons, as you said, right?" he said, looking right at Raven. Snapping the twirling matchstick in his hand as he said it.

That, apparently, was the signal as some of the troopers started looking through the crowd and directing people up against the far wall so that they can be orderly as they're processed. Many complained, those who resisted were reminded that they shouldn't with a quick thud.

"Oh of course, I'm sure there's no troublesome people like that here" Leah gave the man a sweet smile "ah, there's a rule though sir. If you come onto the stage without being invited you need to introduce yourself! I'm afraid I'm bound by those rules" she held up her arms "see? May I ask your name, handsome dutiful stranger?"

For the moment, Alder kept his gaze on Raven. Such was his laser focus.

Lysa frowned at the interruption of the show she had both fortunately and unfortunately not brought her explosives with her just her blaster and knife tucked into her boot. She stood and edged her way closer to her friends eyes on the group on stage ready to jump into action at a signal.

"Seems like your troopers are the ones doing the harming to these good people, sir." Not often a word like that could be made to sound so disrespectful.

Even through the visor, she was glaring down the man who it seemed was intent on a staring contest.

"You heard the lady. Going to tell these people who you are? Coming here to ruin a good evening?"

With jokes like that, Manny must never get laid Vince thought trying not to groan at the Dad jokes. Or maybe there is hope yet? He thought as the Twi'lek joined right in and he had to fight back a wince. She was so pretty before...

He took a drink from his cola to clear the stray thoughts from his head, though in short order he was busy with other things as he was shuffled aganist the wall by a gang of troopers.

Luckily he didn't have any contraband on him, and well Sap gloves weren't illegal even if they noticed them.

Troopers looked over Vincenzo, finding nothing of concern. Another officer approached and stood before him, "Do you know of Jaxom Ursae, owner of this bar, or any other individuals whom have organized efforts against the Empire. Including but not limited to such action as," the officer began sighting off a long list of violations that could be beneficial to a growing rebellion.

[Alder Divo]

"Agent Alder Divo," he said into the mask, looking at his reflection. Looking to Leah, "I appreciate your commitment to your act, Ma'am," he said, dipping his head. Indicating the line of officers, "Now, if you," he said to Raven, "would be so kind as to submit yourself to a search we might be out of your hair soon enough that the night won't be totally spoiled."

Along with Vincenzo the Mirialan was brought over by the wall and they gave him a similar treatment, when they collected his information the troopers spoke to one another and confirmed something with him. Three officers came over and guided him into their custody.

[Manny Donos]

"Hey, look, we don't know about any of that stuff." Manny said, raising his hands. "We're just here putting on a show, and these guys are just watching it. So why don't we all just chill, have a drink, maybe a snack or something."

[Raven Cadera]

She had a name to the face at least now. Perhaps she would punch that face soon...

"I won't be submitting to anything." Raven said, scoffing at the request. The nerve, asking for a Mandalorian to submit!

[Alder Divo]

"I would not advise that course of action, Mandalorian. I come here with the full authority of the Imperial Security Bureau Refusal to submit to Imperial authorities for search and questioning is a punishable offense under Imperial law, and when that search's goal is to root out subversive elements it is even considered treason to interrupt the action, or otherwise stall the investigation with noncompliance," he informed.

"All of this is for the greater security of Kamda, all citizens under the Empire. You understand," he said, looking to the small group before him.

[Manny Donos]

"Hang on." Manny said. "Jaxom Ursae? Isn't that a man's name?" He pointed at Raven. "That's a woman. It's not her."

He shrugged. "If he's the owner, he's probably in the back. Probably has his own room. Probably keeping an eye on here, and next to a rear exit or a window or something." He shrugged again. "I mean, that's what I'd do, but what do I know? I'm just a magician."

[Alder Divo]

"Oh, don't worry," he said, looking to Manny. "I'm ISB, and that is the Imperial military, I can assure you that both institutions are thorough and efficient. As this is Jaxom Ursae's business there is a risk that anyone inside might be conspiring against the Empire," he said, and just at that one of the non-humans of the crowd resisted against their search. Quickly he was brought to the ground by numerous officers, shackles on his arm and roughly carted outside.

"You'll all be searched and processed in time, but I am afraid the woman standing in full armor who is likely strapped with weapons deserves my special attention," he said. "In order to avoid incidents, best to keep you all calm by speaking directly. Otherwise a lot like you, with your careful scheming among one another, well.. you might get up to no good. Which would affect the safety of innocents, which I aim to prevent. As well, eventually your own freedom should you attempt something rash. It's better this way, isn't it? Compliance will help us all deal with the dire straights we find our society currently in."

[Raven Cadera]

"Not a crime on this planet, as far as I know, to carry a blaster. This ain't Coruscant," there was certainly some mocking in her tone. And she hoped the others could see where this was going.

"I don't need weapons to deal with a sleemo like you." Divo seemed to her like a guy who was used to being on top of things. That people didn't actually assault him when he was coming in and flexing his ISB-muscles.

So Raven gave him a rude awakening as she suddenly threw a punch. It didn't connect with his face like she had hoped it would as his natural reflexes saved his pretty face just in time, but it did land squarely in his shoulder with enough force to throw him off-balance for a moment.

Her cloak opened more from the sudden movement, showing off the Mandalorian armor underneath.

Divo was a trained Imperial asset, what seemed natural was ingrained in him from training over years. Combat training, schooling, specialized training, he was a man of status. That status was ultimately his downfall in this particular moment as the idea that Raven might actually just throw a punch wasn't something he even considered. Thanks to it, things escalated really bad.. really quickly.

With the strike, others who are disgruntled and angry, started resisting against the officers as well. This wasn't how things were done on Kamda! However, the Imperial troopers quickly got to reminding these subversives that the Empire controlled Kamda now.

Everyone can make a choice:
Submit to capture by the Empire, they will be treated more favorably. Perhaps eventually getting off the hook.

Run, as far and fast as you can.
Everyone except for Raven may make an Average Athletics check with two setback to evade capture as the Stormtroopers quickly react!

[Lysa]

Lysa saw Raven punch the guy and shouted "Get em Ray Ray!" and made a break for a door but got tackled by a storm trooper. That however wouldn't stop her as she kicked and screamed, punching the storm trooper in the face despite being unarmed shouting profanities and in general struggling hard.
