A single desk and clerk are positioned at the center back of the room. Small in space there are few comforts afforded with the expectation that no one is expecting to remain within the building for long. Procedure dictates that aspiring bounty hunters follow a simple set of instructions:

1. Enter the building.
2. Turn left or right and locate a terminal to review open bounty contracts.
3. See clerk to accept bounty or ask questions.
4. Collect bounty marker and exit premises.
5. Return upon completion of bounty with proper documentation.
