He had promised that he would take her here, after everything, a duel that truly wasn't meant to be a duel to the end. The life of the Jungle could easily be felt around them. The late morning sun breaking through the canopy, as they trudged through the overgrowth and natural path he and the clones had taken.

"Not much further, Leah." He was built for surviving in Wilderness like this.

Leah really wasn't build for the wild. She was small, not the most agile and not the strongest. However she was extremely curious, so when Tranq had wanted to bring her out here she agreed. It was kind of exciting too!

"Better not just be a den of giant rats" she commented teasingly, stumbling over tree roots and gripping his arm "how did you even find this?"

"The Clones found it. They did the heavy lifting, while we were hunting, and I was focused on just feeling the jungle around us." He nodded, a hand braced against a tree trunk. He pointed with the tilt of his head, before moving on. "Not much further. It's this way. Can't you just feel it? The animals, the plants, all of them... this place just feels so alive. I heard Felucia was like this."

"It does feel more alive here..." Leah commented, looking around "I remember when I didn't understand what all this was but just feeling the life in and around the soil of the farmlands. It was like feeling the beating heart of the earth, I felt so...connected."

She peered at Tranq, addding "clones?"

"Remnants of the Grand Army of the Republic. Clone Troopers. They were raiding an Imperial Research Station for supplies and materiel. I was supposed to be hunting them, but... we ended up working together to destroy the lab and take out the Imps." He continued without missing a beat. Strong legs hiked up the steep incline leading over the ridge that would take them to the temple valley. "The Jedi weren't the only victims of what the Empire had done."

"Oh. I thought they were all on the same side" Leah said, surprised "so they were protecting this area the whole time? Then you found out what it was...wow, how lucky. Or I guess perhaps the force was guiding you here..." she stumbled over a root, catching herself quickly

"We were all on the same side, until Order 66. They came back to find their brothers obeying that order. They refused, and were called traitors, too." He spoke somberly as he recalled it, sadness in his voice. "It's... it was the worst day of my life. There's something comforting in sharing that pain with others who suffered through it, too."

He did grin at her summary, though. "The Force always guides us, when we let ourselves listen to it. Especially in places like this. Vergences, places where the Force is especially strong, can help us, as well, when we seek out answers. I don't think... or haven't found... that this is one, but you never know."

The temple was ancient, old, yet bathed in the Light. That same feeling as when he first saw it. "But it is alive here."

"Wow...." Leah trailed off, all other questions melting away when they reached the temple. Her eyes wide.

"This place feels ancient, yet so alive. How is this possible? It's like nature is protecting it...can we go in? Are we even allowed to go in? Or...am I even allowed in? I'm not a jedi."

"I'm not a Knight, and the Jedi have all but been wiped out." He spoke solemnly, putting a foot on the first step to the temple. He turned, and offered her a smile. "But you can feel the Force, you seek the goodness in others. You saw it in Arwen." A large hand was offered.

"We can walk in together, but what challenges the Force brings will likely be yours alone to face, just as mine were." He nodded. "Trust in the Force, Leah. It will call to you."
