A Troublesome Matter [Day 1, Early Afternoon]

"Excellent. Thank you Honorable Chos Pokosta. I appreciate the clarification."

It was always good to gauge the acceptable level of destruction, even if you didn't intend to cause it.

[Honor]

"If it were me, I might begin my search at Lux.. I hear that is a fashionable place. One for the sort of rabble my son so adores," he comments absently. "That will be all."

From the elevator the young woman before with the folder comes up at the other long end of the table. Looking in a sweeping manner across all of the gathered individuals. "Now, if you will all follow me back to the elevator."

[Roxi]

Roxi would follow the woman, not saying much. Apparently she'd been wrong about not getting to use force against the son if needed, and she didn't need to open her mouth and show what else she might be wrong about. Whilst in the elevator, she would look at the others, waiting for one of them to start talking.

[Varina Ordo]

Varina, for one, was glad that the adult asked about beating up the guy. It was good to know that she could beat up the target's friends.

Maybe it wasn't good to think of the guy's son as a "target."

She followed along, not one to run her mouth with this Kel'dor dude. Nor was she going to talk in the elevator, perhaps to Roxi's disappointment.

On their way down, the woman said, "Congratulations on receiving the contract from Mr. Pokosta. You will find working for him may be very beneficial and increase your standing in society nearly double from the time when you began."

[Varina Ordo]

Double of just about nothing didn't seem like a lot. Varina remembered that much from school. She glanced at her compatriots and shrugged. "So, uh, how do ya wanna tackle this thing?"

[Roxi]

"Well, I've got some plans for today, but sounds like we should go to this lux place, yeah? Tomorrow maybe?"

[Varina Ordo]

"Yup. Guess I'll see ya later." Varina signaled off, walking away with her hands buried into her pockets once they were out of the elevator.
