Soaring over the city of Kamda, Pokosta Tower is the seat of power for Chos Pokosta and a frequent venue for the cities elite at the many gala's held by the Kel Dor. From here the beautiful tower that belongs to the cities richest and most powerful non-human outclasses every other building. Casting it's shadow, come morning, over the lower-class districts of the City as if by design, a final stroke of shade against the cities most unfortunate.
From the top of the tower, in a wonderful paradise of a ball-room floor with three levels, and a central opening that allows the more elite of the elite to actively look down upon those below them. The southern end of the ballroom has an open and clear glass window that offers a beautiful sight over the vast Verdant Plains, of which the view from up here is said to be to die for.
