Suffocated hallways and utilitarian decor litter the one vibrant and open place of government. Hushed voices and quick conversations replace the boisterous arguments that once filled these halls. Walking up the large staircase at the buildings front a citizen was once reminded of the importance of their place in society, how they too might climb to be equal among decision makers. However, today citizens feel the weight of the Imperial gaze upon them up every step.

A great entry hall welcomes all petitioners and a large central desk leave space for the many clerks to attend to queries made by the public.Only half the seats are now filled, and at least half of those that are filled are filled by Imperial personel. Stormtroopers patrol frequently to ensure security in this important governmental building.
