The slums didn't have much in the way of "building permits". So Sol hardly filed the paperwork when he started trying to build secret entrances and back doors to make the slums labyrinths to escape through.

Solork wouldn't be able to accomplish too much, as the work of construction took a lot of time. However, with a head for the idea's that he needed to work to craft these tunnels and the brute force to be able to do it he'd be able to get something done that was sure to impact lives for the better.

Roll the first, with a success roll the second. Advantage on the first will convert to boosts on the second at a 2:1 ratio.

Sol manages to go a lot of the grunt work, but the task of planning is too great for him limited understanding. It's a bigger project he'll need help with

Without the planning he doesn't manage to do much, but the supplies are on hand to offer a boost if he returns.
