Weather across the plains, including Kamda city, is wet and rainy. With the rain continuing until the evening.
Over the mountains, the rain moves in during the evening and stays for most of the night. Turning into snow the higher up the mountain it gets until it ceases to be a storm.
Over in the desert there is a sandstorm in the early morning, shifting the terrain once more.
All across Kamda the people hold themselves to an eerie silence as they conspire, talk, and plot. Keeping secrets from their neighbors while speaking freely with those three blocks over whom they'd never met before.
