The beginning and end (D10 MA)

So much had happened, but Leah hadn't forgotten that lovely Twi'lek she met all those days ago that had (unknowingly to him) set her on a path that lead her to where she was now. She had brought a cake, a sweet berry one, and carried it with her as she followed the directions she remembered to the farmlands that the man she remembered tended to.

At the door a Chiss answered, quirking a brow as he looked at Leah with the gift, "Hel-lo?"

[Leah kuso]

That wasn't who I expected.

"Oh...hi. Is Tred'aru around?"

[Honor]

"My husband?" he asked, looked her up and down. "Are you making moves on my man?" he smirked, leaned into the door frame.

[Leah kuso]

"What? No, I'm a friend of his, Leh'kuso" she introduced herself

[Honor]

"Oh come in," he said, laughing a little. Leaning off the frame he walked around to her side and walked her in with him.

"Love of my life and maybe more you have a guest!" he shouted into the home. Though he didn't seem to answer.

"Let me go check on him.." he said, directing her to sit wherever she liked. There was a nice table with nice chairs to the right. While to the left a comfy couch and loveseat and coffee table little area.

"You have a lovely home" Leah commented with a smile, playing the box on the table and sitting on one of the chairs while she waited.

When the Chiss disappeared it was some time before Tred'aru reappeared. When a door opened there was some crying to be heard in the background, and when it opened again for the Twi'lek there was at least one "Please just go!" to which Tred'aru and his life partner, the Chiss whom answered the door, both left the room.

While Tred'aru came to see Leah, the Chiss moved into the small garden they had just behind the house. Tending to some flowers.

"Leh'kuso!" he said, a big booming voice! "How might I help you!"

Leah looked concerned as she turned to look at Tred.

"Hey, is everything ok? Is this a bad time?"

[Honor]

"Just.." he shook his head, "Our daughter came into some trouble. Had to leave for some time. Unfortunately her sister isn't taking it well," he sighed a deep sigh, "but who can blame her. It has been hard on all of us and the only silver lining is that we know she is safe somewhere out there."

Sparking a smile he looked up, brighter, "Let us not focus on the gloom. You are here now, and with a gift no less!"
