In the shadow of the high-rises occupied by the cities elite, the rest of Kamda's residents make do in communities of varying degrees of wealth. What is common most among all of these lower-class residences is that the sense of community is strong. Many treat their neighbors as brothers and sisters, and those in neighboring communities as cousins. A trait of the city that has always been strong but rooted itself even deeper following the clone wars.

Meanwhile, Non-Kamda residents or newcomers receive 2 boosts to Coercion skill rolls and 1 setback to any other social skill made against
