It's A Date? (D7, EN)

[Raven Cadera]

Raven was angry, and it was easily seen in her body language as she was sitting there with the manacles on. Even if she still had her helmet, it was obvious she was glaring at the Imperials with contempt.

Loaded together into an armored transport the two were headed to their final destination at Bloc T:33. Surrounded by soldiers and an officer who just looked at the two criminals with distaste.

[Lysa]

Lysa sat whistling in the transport bobbing back and forth as they rode. Then she looked at Raven "You know Ray when i imagined getting to spend some quality time with you I didn't imagen we'd be in cuffs. At least not on the first date."

[Raven Cadera]

"Not exactly my idea of fun," Raven replied dryly, still obviously sizing up the officer as if he was the next in line to be punched. It was impressive how expressive she could be with body language and head movements.

[Lysa]

"Well it could be fun, I saw a holo like this once but I really doubt this turns out the same way." She said with a giggle.

"Way to go punching that guy by the way, he definitely deserved it. I mean coming in and harassing people just trying to enjoy a night out. This Empire is a real piece of Bantha poodoo." She said spitting at the feet of the nearest storm trooper.

When Lysa spit on the troopers foot they looked down, saw the spit, shifted to make sure their blaster was out of the way and then got up. Stepping up beside her she stood, and decked her hard across the cheek, "Settle down, Rebel trash," she said, before claiming her seat once more.

[Raven Cadera]

"Hey! Leave 'er alone," the Mandalorian shouted angrily. "Hut'uunla shabuir. Frakkin' tough with a woman in manacles. You don't even know what it's like to fight."

[Lysa]

Lysa just grinned back spit some blood on the floor "No no Ray it's alright, I can handle a little rough foreplay." she smiled a bloody smile back at the trooper. These kinds got their rocks off on authority, having other people cow to them and Lysa wouldn't give them the satisfaction.

[Honor]

The trooper just looked between them and laughed.

[Raven Cadera]

Right. This was probably the prelude to the torture they would subject them to, wherever they would end up. Raven was confident in her ability to endure physical pain, but... she'd never been subjected to torture.

"You shouldn't be here." Her tone was even and serious as she looked at Lysa. Plenty of others in that place were part of the Resistance, but Lysa didn't deserve to be captured like this.

Mand'alor, vode an, give me strength, Raven sighed, once again resuming her glaring at the officer.

[Lysa]

"I'll be ok anywhere as long as you've got my back Ray." she said with a grin. There was a touch of fear in the woman's eyes, of course there was, she may be a bit unhinged but she knew what this meant. At the same time she trusted Raven, they had stood shoulder to shoulder in too many scraps not forge some small bond.

"I'll just think of you in that suit while they torture me, it'll be my happy place." she said with a giggle.

[Honor]

"Wait," one of the other troopers spoke up. His voice was hard and gruff but young. Looking between the two of them. "Is it true, were you the ones who attacked the Comms station?"

[Raven Cadera]

The menacing t-visor shifted in the direction of the trooper who spoke. "Do you find it hard to believe that your so-called warriors could be bested, since you ask that question?"

[Lysa]

"There was an attack on the comms station?" Lysa asked cocking her head to the side acting oblivious.

[Honor]

Looking between then both he focused his attention on Raven. Getting up he walked over to her and kneeled in front of her. Looking straight into her visor was the face of the Empire, a storm-trooper.

Pulling off his helmet he revealed a deeply dark skin tone that almost seemed to shine and emerald green eyes, "No," he said, there was a deep anger in those eyes, "some of those troopers were my friends, is all. Now they're dead. Whoever did it.. well, I hope they get what's coming to them. They deserve every ounce of the pain," he said, his voice a cold anger. A tear welled up in his eyes before he put the helmet back on and returned to his seat.

[Raven Cadera]

Were Raven a different person, she would've felt pity for the man. Sympathy and understanding of his loss. However, she was a young woman harshly defined by her own tragedies, and she didn't have much room for pity for outsiders or enemies. Especially those who fit both criteria.

She resisted the urge to headbutt him when his helmet was off, and she watched him carefully as he sat down again. Her posture tensed up as she leaned forward, putting her elbows on her knees as she seemed unbothered by the manacles. The t-visor of her helmet was intensely focused on the trooper.

"Listen carefully, aruetii. You think I pity you, but I don't. Your so-called Empire forced my homeworld and its people to its knees. Your Empire murdered my family, before my eyes, when I was still a child, too young to should've had to seen such horrors. Your Empire thinks it can expect my people to bow and kowtow to you, or will just accept your pitiful shows of might - and you're wrong. The deaths of your friends brings me no joy - your Empire robbed me of that feeling a long time ago." The scorn and cold hatred in her voice was heavy.

[Lysa]

"Hate to say it but if you don't want to lose friends you're in the wrong line of work. Soldierin is dangerous and a lot of people don't like people coming in and telling them what to do. Bound to happen when you try and take people's freedoms away. Stuff like tonight, think it makes you look strong but it just makes the people angrier. You and your friends knew what you were signing up for when you joined." Lysa said in a sudden and rare moment of serious clarity. She herself had killed dozens of storm troopers and she could honestly say she didn't lose a wink of sleep over it. They want to try and put everyone in line they're gonna find some people won't do it.

Looking up, it was the woman from before again. This time, she just stood so that she hovered over both Raven and Lysa, looking to her fellow trooper, "Ignore them. They've given up their chance at being anything more than killers a long time ago, if you can't see that.. you aren't gonna be cut out for this. Mandalorian here seems to the type that once brutalized planets and people for sport. Meanwhile this other one.. I've never see a more clear cut basket of crazy in my life. They're exactly the type of people I signed up to get away from the innocents of the Empire."

[Lysa]

Lysa giggled in her seat for a while clearly trying to hold it in "Im, im sorry its just so cute how you think you are the good guys. I mean im a bad guy but I know I am and own it. Its a lot more sad when you think you're a good guy but ultimately you're just a boot being put on the people's throat and you're either a liar and know this, you're too dumb to see it, or you're lying to yourself."

Looking to Lysa, she removed her helmet and put it in her seat, her own face was a mid-tone with dark hair. There was a scar across her cheek as she stood over Lysa. "Oh, yes. I joined up for good reasons, so did most others here. My friend over there has tried holding onto those reasons but.." she punched Lysa again across the mouth, flexing her hand after it with a laugh, "but I enjoy that way too much to be one of the good guys.. mediocre, maybe, at best," she shrugged, a wild smile.
